"I moved into a flat that was in dire need of new flooring throughout. I contacted Troy who came out straight away to conduct a measure and advise on products and their durability. Troy was extremely patient with me - I must have changed my mind at least 30 times (Sorry Troy) and spent ages looking at flooring samples, pestering Troy with questions and stealing sample books for weeks on end. Again, Sorry Troy! Once I had decided on the carpet, I then had to make a decision on the bathroom floor. After sending Troy a picture of the decor, he then arranged without my asking for a load of samples to be sent to me at home which really gave me an idea of what would suit. Once my decision was finally made, I felt comfortable enough leaving Troy a key for my property so that I didn't have to be in. The fitter was excellent and left my flat completely tidy. The end result was fantastic. I get so many compliments on my flooring and will shortly be returning to pick one for my kitchen. I would without hesitation recommend Troy and the team at Lemontree." |

They spent time with me in the shop helping me choose and I found the quality of their carpets and flooring was better than the larger Southampton shops and their price was very competitive. The fitting itself could not be faulted and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you want a small family run, caring professional business rather than the impersonal large department stores you cannot beat Lemon Tree flooring in Southampton" |

"My husband, daughter and myself visited Lemon 'Tree about a couple of years ago looking for a carpet for my daughters bedroom. The staff were very helpful and very patient because we couldn't decide. Eventually we chose a beautiful carpet which they fitt,ed I think, within a couple of weeks and the carpet was and is still great.
We also asked them to come and measure our living room with a view to purchase a carpet for this room at some point. We will definitely use them again in the future." |

"Many thanks for an excellent and professional service. It is such a pleasure dealing with people who know their products well and are willing to meet your needs promptly without any fuss. We were stuck as the insurers appointed carpet specialist, XXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXXXX, spent four weeks attempting to find a suitable match for our existing carpets. They failed and rather than provide possible alternatives recommended a cash settlement and withdrew from the claim. Although this appeared daunting, as we were near the end of the renovation and out of the country, it proved a blessing in disguise. We contacted two or three carpet companies in Southampton and were immediately put off by their lack of product knowledge. Then we lighted on Lemon Tree Flooring and straightaway it was clear that you knew your products well and could meet our needs. Within a few days you had sourced an exact match and were expertly fitting the carpet, ready for the furniture to be returned to the house on the 15 October, some two and a half weeks after my first telephone contact. Well done, we will certainly use your services in the future without hesitation." |
